Prices
At Lajmi ApS, we reserve the right to correct any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We also reserve the right for items being out of stock.
PAYMENT
Lajmi ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flexible payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be incurred. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. DELIVERY
Lajmi ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 2 PM on the same day; orders placed thereafter will be sent on the next business day. If an item is out of stock or requires delivery from an external supplier, you will be contacted regarding the expected delivery time.
We ship throughout Denmark. All orders are subject to a shipping fee. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not deliver abroad (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your items will be sent with PostNord.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pick-up point, your package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered on all weekdays. If your item is in stock, it will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order.
If an item is out of stock or requires delivery from an external supplier, you will be contacted with the expected delivery time. We reserve the right for items being out of stock.
Right to Complaint
A 2-year right to complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. It must be emphasized that limescale in espresso machines is not covered by the right to complaint. It is your responsibility to keep the espresso machine free of limescale. Lajmi ApS charges DKK 500 for descaling in connection with a complaint. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Lajmi ApS will cover reasonable return costs.

Shipments sent cash on delivery are not accepted.
Refunds
Credits will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase. If this is not possible, the customer must provide bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of Return
You have a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You physically possess the last item when it is an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- You physically possess the last batch, or last part, when it is an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- You physically possess the first item when it is an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must cover the return costs yourself.
Food items, including coffee and tea, are NOT covered by the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to info@lajmi.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send the item back to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without simultaneously giving clear notice of this.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or given a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore try the item without actually putting it into use.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
