Brazil - Mantiqueira RUBY

MANTIQUEIRA RUBY is a specialty coffee developed in collaboration with Victor Morassi, who runs his own coffee farm in Brazil.

This coffee is our darkest roasted coffee. It has notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and cocoa, a very full-bodied coffee with low acidity and a long aftertaste.

The coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso.
